Electrical Rewind Services Limited was formed in June 1990 by the three present directors, who work within the company, to supply an engineering repair and maintenance service to a wide range of industries. The Company quickly achieved a reputation for reliability and a high standard of technical expertise. The natural enthusiasm and productivity of the Company was carefully harnessed and used to provide the basis for a planned expansion of the Company to encompass the fundamental skills.

After investing into ISO 9002 ERS became registered as a Company of Assessed Capability to ISO 9002 Part 2 in August 1995, certificate number 6948.
